I'm Michelle Stephens

I’ve led billion-dollar operations and budgets, built and developed leadership teams, improved profitability and client experience, strengthened accountability, simplified operations, and guided organizations through significant change.

After leaving corporate leadership, I brought that experience into consulting and strategic advisory work with founders and business leaders. Again and again, I saw the same challenge: successful businesses reaching a stage where growth had created more complexity, and too much still depended on the founder.

Today, I bring together decades of executive leadership, business transformation, coaching, and strategic advisory experience to help founders intentionally build stronger businesses that can grow without consuming more of their lives.

My role isn’t to run your business for you. It’s to work alongside you as a strategic thought partner, bringing an outside perspective, challenging your thinking when needed, and helping you make better decisions about what comes next. Together, we turn those decisions into a clear path forward.
